Tamsin Dunn

Project Director, BA Ed (Hons), MSc (TOC)

Tamsin is a project director within QFI. She joined in 2005 after completing her degree in teacher training. At the same time as working for QFI, Tamsin supported the partners in their work with Goldratt Consulting Ltd, a global organisation whose chairman was Dr Goldratt, the inventor of the Theory of Constraints, business guru and author. In this role Tamsin was responsible for setting up and overseeing many of the global operational processes.

Since joining QFI, Tamsin has undergone a significant amount of Theory of Constraints and consulting skills training, including participation in the Odyssey programme in the United States, attending as a tutor-assistant the following year, and completing the TOC Thinking Processes programme with Efrat Goldratt. Tamsin has a Masters degree in the Theory of Constraints and Consulting. Her area of TOC expertise is in the Thinking Processes, cause-and-effect analysis, project management, operations, sales and leadership development. Tamsin constantly uses the TOC core principles to gain deeper understanding and insight into the client environment. Tamsin's focus is in developing her knowledge and skills to apply TOC in many different environments and industries.

Tamsin's clients come from the healthcare and legal sectors. She has been involved in many of the QFI healthcare implementations, working in the acute setting in the UK, Canada and The Netherlands, and the community setting. Clients include: Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Derbyshire Community Health Services, Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, Amphia Ziekenhuis and Mid Essex Hospitals Services NHS Trust
